These Terms of Use govern your use of santelife.uk and any bookings made through the Santé platform. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Santé Travel Ltd ("Santé", "we", "us") acts as an agent in connecting guests with independent property owners and operators. When you book through Santé, your contract for the accommodation is with the property — not with Santé.

You must be 18 or over to use this site and to make a booking. By using Santé, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

When you submit a booking request through Santé, you are making an offer to book the property on the terms shown. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Santé.

You are responsible for ensuring that the property and the dates you select are suitable for your requirements. We provide information to help you make that assessment, but we are not liable for mismatches that arise from information you did not read or chose to overlook.

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are shown inclusive of any fees payable to Santé. The property may charge additional fees on arrival — these are stated on the listing page where applicable.

All bookings are charged in the currency shown at the time of booking. We are not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation and amendment terms are set by individual properties and are shown clearly on the listing before you confirm. You accept these terms when you book.

If a property cancels your booking, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative or arrange a full refund of any amounts paid through Santé. We are not responsible for compensation beyond the booking value itself.

We take care to ensure that property listings are accurate, and we have a standard — the Santé Standard — that properties must meet before they go live. However, information can change, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is correct at all times.

If you find a material inaccuracy in a listing, please tell us. We investigate promptly and will update or remove listings where the inaccuracy is confirmed.

You agree to use Santé and its properties lawfully and respectfully. Properties may refuse entry or ask guests to leave without refund if behaviour is disruptive, damaging, or in breach of their own house rules. Santé reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where misuse is established.

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance before any trip booked through Santé. We are not responsible for costs arising from cancellation, medical emergencies, theft, or disruption that would typically be covered by travel insurance.

If you have specific requirements — accessibility needs, dietary requirements, equipment requests — note these at the time of booking. We will pass them to the property, but we cannot guarantee they will be met. Confirmation of a special request is at the property's discretion.

Santé's liability in connection with any booking is limited to the booking value paid through Santé. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of enjoyment, travel costs, or losses arising from the actions of third-party property operators.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of third-party sites. Following a link is at your own discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Santé will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
